Intro Parents
The college experience is certainly no substitute for home, but we hope that when your child joins the NC State family, they'll find a caring, safe environment where they can pursue their education and their dreams. NC State has set up a number of programs, services and events designed just for you and your family to help you stay informed, involved and truly become part of our family at NC State University.
Please remember that although we encourage that parents talk with students about their plans for college and assist them with their search, we expect that students will work independently as they complete the application for admission.
