FAFSA Reminder

The FAFSA for the 2019-20 academic year opened on October 1. Students and their families should use their 2017 tax information to complete the FAFSA. While the priority deadline for submitting to NC State is March 1, 2019, grant funding is awarded on a first come, first served basis so it is important for students to submit their FAFSA as soon as possible. The FAFSA can be completed at fafsa.gov. NC State’s federal code is 002972. Students do not need to wait for an admissions decision to submit their FAFSA.
