If you were expecting a decision on March 30, but did not receive one, there may be one of a few reasons. If your transfer application was incomplete as of March 15, 2015, your notification has been moved to May 15, 2015. If you are a transfer applicant and have taken courses that are not currently in our database, your transcript may be under review. All freshman applications that were incomplete as of March 15, will have decisions posted on a rolling basis. We are reviewing these applications as quickly as possible. Please continue to check your wolfPAW account for status changes.

NC State encourages interested students and their families to come explore our campus—and the city of Raleigh—to get an up-close look at our facilities, to meet our faculty, and to find out more about the educational and extracurricular opportunities that await.

As the largest four-year institution in North Carolina, NC State maintains an intimate feel. Opportunities for socializing, studying and dining are easily accessible from most anywhere on campus.

Whether you’re considering joining our student body as a freshman or a transfer student, you’ll appreciate having an overview of our campus—and a better idea of how to get around.
