Initial classification of NC Residency for Tuition Purposes for undergraduate applicants is determined by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, based on information provided on the application for admission.
Effective May 2, 2011, accepted applicants and currently enrolled students seeking reclassification of their tuition status will submit the Tuition Reclassification Application online to the NC State University Residency Officer: http://go.ncsu.edu/NCRes .
